On-Site build
Tanks that can not be delivered in one piece (completely factory build tanks) because of high transportation cost, physical limitations of infrastructure of logistics, or other reasons, can be build on site.
The tanks are build in accordance with the same specifications and quality as tanks that are delivered complete. The cooling on these tanks consists of laser welded cooling panels. All parts are pre-fabricated in our factory and carefully shipped to the project site. Our on site project management and experience guarantees a ‘smooth’ project execution. Holvrieka has executed site build tank projects on all continents, ranging from one till over a hundred tanks per project. For example Holvrieka makes tanks for NFC and FCOJ with capacities of 1500 - 6000 m3. These tanks can have a inside finish of 0,8 and finer.
